Our return window is 5 days from purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. To complete a return, proof of purchase is required.

‍Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved. Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged goods.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for items over €50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
